Friends of Skagit County maintains a listserve for people interested in local and regional growth management issues.  

List subscribers are invited to use it as a medium for generating discussion on growth-related topics.  FOSC also uses it to alert subscribers about opportunities to participate at public hearings and/or comment on legislation on topics our Board has chosen to endorse or oppose.  

Volume of messages averages about 3-5 per week.
